So Stacey and I decided to pick up some Rapid Cleanse - 7 day cleansing system from Whole Foods yesterday. The DVD of Brenda Watson is one of the worst videos I’ve ever seen in my life–right up there with Because I Said So.
We’re on the first day as of this morning and the abdominal pain is rather intense. That’s all I’ll say about that.
